◆ The Council for Sports Ecosystem Promotion has become an incorporated foundation.

The Council for Sports Ecosystem Promotion newly established the Council for Sports Ecosystem Promotion General Incorporated Foundation on July 18, 2023.

◆ Background up to this point

The Council for Sports Ecosystem Promotion started on January 31, 2022, as a voluntary organization consisting of 30 companies for the purposes of promoting the sports industry in the digital transformation era and establishing a sports ecosystem. At the time of establishment of the general incorporated foundation on July 18, 2023, we started with three councilors and three directors, but on December 8, 2023, we newly welcomed 11 councilors and 32 directors and made a full-fledged start under the new system.

◆ About the new system

Information about the councilors and directors under the new system is as stated below.
In relation to the start of the new system, we also newly set forth a purpose and missions that will serve as the Council’s activity guidelines.
From now on, the Council for Sports Ecosystem Promotion General Incorporated Foundation will work even harder for formation and development of a sports ecosystem in Japan, based on our newly stipulated purpose and missions.

◆ Purpose and missions

The purpose and missions will encourage stakeholders to develop a sense of unity and cultivate momentum and will build cooperative relationships with the aim of common goals.
We have set forth the purpose and missions below.

Purpose: Creating the future of sports, together with all shareholders
Missions: Clarification of rights, creation of social value, and digital transformation
